Angelify Beauty Return Policy:


·        Before the product(s) are returned, you must first receive an RMA# from Angelify Beauty Customer Care Service.

·        Due to health and safety reasons, returns for Shoe, Cosmetic and Skincare products will not be accepted.

·        For all other items that are not shoe and skincare products, we will pay the shipping fee, but it will be deducted from the total refund.

·        We will not accept returns for items unless they are unusable or completely damaged.

·        If the item is not received in its original resealable condition the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

·        For all other items sold on our Angelify Beauty store, all returns must be executed within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA#.





For any refund/return requests, there will be a $10 subtraction from the total refund to be given. This is for shipping and handling fee."


If a return request is made, please include a picture of the item that you will be returning to us. We will also not give a refund until the item has arrived to us."


How to request an item return: 


You can always request a return by going to My Account on eBay -> Order History -> Returns.


We will send you a prepaid return label and an RMA number. Once you receive these details you may send your item back and once, we receive it we will issue out a refund.


If you checked out as a guest, you can always go to “Track Order” on the top right side of the main page and request to return. You only need your order number and your email address to complete the return request.


Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully. Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and can NOT be returned. 



If approved, please note the following:


  • Before the product(s) are returned, you must first receive an RMA # from Angelify Beauty Team’s Customer Care Service. All returns must be executed within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA #.
  • No returns will be accepted if the product is not received back in its original resalable condition.
  • Credit will be generated once products have been inspected and received back into inventory.
  • Some RMAs’ are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be discussed with your Customer Care Representative prior to the issuance of an RMA#.
  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Please note that the RMA # must be printed on each box returned to Angelify Team. We will supply the return label and deduct the shipping amount from the refund unless one prefers to use a different carrier and own label.

 

 

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES:


If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, Angelifybeauty com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.


 In the event, you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or short shipped, please note the following:


·        Contact our Angelify Beauty Customer Service within 10 days of receipt by mailing

·        Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted along with details of the nature of the damage.

·        An Order and return label will be provided to you once approved.

·        Damaged product must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of an Order to receive credit.

Angelify Beauty Team utilizes the United States Postal Service as a method of shipment for all orders. Please allow us 1-2 business days of processing time. All orders are conditioned to credit card confirmation and product availability. In order for Express shipments to be processed and sent out the same day, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time). USPS Express shipping will only arrive on business days.

Signing For Your Purchase :

Some orders require insurance against theft and accidental damage during delivery($150 and more). Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. You can always contact us or go to the carrier's website to arrange another delivery date on your desired day. If you wave the signature confirmation for your package, Angelify Beauty will NOT be responsible for any theft and damage.
